Nearby is a mobile app that simplify the Spotted page on Facebook. You can now use this mobile app to share your Spotted message on our centralized system. Your message will be posted instantly and you have the option to share it anonymously.
Sharing your Spotted is now so simple with Nearby. When you share your message, you don't have to wait for approval.
When you post something, you post it where you are. So, it come very easy to see where the message has been shared.
With the Nearby app, you have the option to share your message anonymously. So, no one will know your identity. You can also share as your real identity.
This project has been developped for our last semester in Software engineering at Ecole de technologie superieure in Montreal. We did well during the presentation and we are proud for this project.
We had to close the server because we did'nt have anymore credit on Amazon AWS. If you are interested to know more about the app you can contact us anytime

Nearby is a centralized app for Spotteds.
You can share a live moment using a message from your location. You can also attach a picture to your spotted if you want.
When you share a public Spotted, your name and profile picture from Google or Facebook will appear. If you share a private Spotted, then your Spotted will appear anonymously.
No, you have to use Facebook and Google to login on our app.
